That command installs chezmoi to `~/.local/bin`, clones [prdlk/dotfiles](https://github.com/prdlk/dotfiles), asks three questions (name, email, machine role), installs packages, and applies every config. ## Machine roles

The first apply asks for a role. It controls which parts of the repo land on the machine.

| `desktop` | Arch Linux | Everything: universal toolset plus the Linux desktop layer |
| `laptop` | Arch Linux | Same as `desktop` |
| `mac` | macOS | Universal toolset via Homebrew; no Linux desktop layer |
| `server` | Any | Universal toolset only |

## Theme

The shared palette is **cyberdream**. bat, atuin, and yazi select it. fish and omp ship a cyberdream theme but do not select it. kitty takes its colors from the active Omarchy theme. The noctalia, koda, and ii-auto variants are shipped for ghostty, kitty, and yazi. The font is **Victor Mono Nerd Font**.
